We do not guarantee that Bad Morning will wake you up for any specific event, appointment, or obligation. You are solely responsible for ensuring you wake up on time. We are not liable for missed alarms, oversleeping, or any consequences thereof.
4. Pro Features
The app may offer a paid "Pro" tier unlocking additional missions and features. Purchases are processed through Google Play and subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not handle payment information directly.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for configuring your alarms correctly.
- Do not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in Bad Morning — including mission designs, sounds, and UI — is owned by us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
